Built on Cable Expertise, Growing with the Power Industry
For more than three decades, Wanjia has focused on the development and manufacturing of cable, power connection and charging products. What began with a strong foundation in electrical cables has gradually expanded into a broader product portfolio serving everyday power use, automotive applications and the growing new energy sector.
Throughout this development, our direction has remained clear: understand practical market needs, improve products through experience and provide customers with reliable manufacturing support. Today, our main product range includes extension cords, booster cables, extension cord reels, battery cables and inverter cables. Building on our cable manufacturing strengths, we also produce cable-based products such as EV charging cables, work lights and power strips, where our experience in wire processing, material selection and production management provides a solid advantage.
As the global demand for safer, smarter and more efficient charging products continues to grow, Wanjia has further expanded into charging solutions. Our product portfolio now includes battery chargers designed for automotive and motorcycle batteries, as well as AC EV charging products equipped with personal safety protection features. Although charging products currently represent a smaller part of our overall production, they demonstrate our continued commitment to technical development and the future of energy applications.
From Product Ideas to Practical Solutions
At Wanjia, product development is not simply about creating something new. It is about turning real customer requirements into practical, manufacturable and market-ready solutions.
Our research and design capabilities are supported by 65 patents, including invention patents and design patents. These achievements reflect our long-term investment in product structure, functionality, appearance and usability. By combining engineering experience with feedback from different markets, we continue to improve existing products while exploring new possibilities in cable, power and charging applications.
Our development team works closely with manufacturing personnel throughout the process. From product concepts and structural refinement to testing preparation and production implementation, different departments cooperate to balance functionality, reliability, usability and manufacturing efficiency. This close connection between design and production helps us turn ideas into products that can perform consistently in real-world applications.
Our commitment to design has also received international recognition through the German iF Design Award. For us, good design is not limited to appearance. It should make a product safer, easier to use, more practical to manufacture and more suitable for its intended application.
Manufacturing in China and Thailand
Reliable products require reliable production resources. Wanjia operates two manufacturing bases located in China and Thailand, providing customers with greater flexibility when planning their supply chains and product sourcing.
Our China production base covers approximately 60,000 square metres and supports the manufacturing of a broad range of cable, power connection and charging products. Our Thailand production base covers 18,424 square metres and gives customers an additional manufacturing option for markets or projects with specific country-of-origin requirements.
Together, these two production bases allow us to respond to different customer needs while maintaining coordinated product development and manufacturing support. The dual-base structure is especially valuable for international customers seeking more flexible sourcing arrangements, stable production planning and access to multiple manufacturing locations.
Wanjia is supported by a team of more than 280 employees. Their experience across research, product design, production, quality management, sales and customer support forms an important part of our manufacturing strength.
